Refunds and Returning faulty goods
If you receive faulty goods and wish to return them, the Distance Selling Regulations are in addition to your other legal rights. So, if your goods are faulty and don’t do what they’re supposed to, or don’t match the description given, you have the same consumer rights under the Sale of Goods Acts you have when buying face to face. Any terms and conditions that say you must cover the cost of returning an item wouldn’t apply where the goods being returned are faulty.
We will accept returns for any unused and unopened items within a period of 7-days from when you have taken receipt of the goods. Anything after this time is deemed as a full and final sale.
Goods that you return must be in the original sealed packaging and in the same condition as originally supplied. Any returns which have been damaged, scratched, or used in anyway will not be accepted.
There will be a 20% restocking fee will be taken from the original value of sale, and you will be refunded the difference. Please note that refunds could take up to 14 days to clear.
Simply Channels Ltd will not responsible for the goods while in transit to us or the cost of postage to return the goods to us so please make sure you have taken all precautions to insure against this. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage while in transit.
Any goods that are faulty must be returned, to Simply Channels at the following address – 78 Molyneux Street, Rochdale, England, OL12 6PZ.
Simply Channels Ltd will not accept goods that have clearly been used more than required to test their functionality. Any goods returned to us which are found to be in good working condition / failed due to lack of knowledge or because the goods have been used in an environment or manor without the proper protection Simply Channels Ltd will not be liable to issue a refund.
All returns must have the full details of your Purchase. Please make sure that your name, contact email, telephone number, order number and method of payment details are in your returns request. Please note we only cover faulty hardware. All goods sold come with a 30 day warranty period. If defective goods cannot be repaired a replace item will be issued.
Improper use of hardware that may result in local or international laws being broken, damage to you, your property or a third party, will not be the responsibility of Simply Channels Ltd and therefore no liability will be accepted for any of these damages whatsoever (including without limitation, personal injury or damages relating to lost revenues or profits).
